Located near Grande Prairie City Hall, the Fletcher House is a multi-storey building that previously served as a care residence and community supportive housing. Fletcher House’s purpose is to support vulnerable persons with a history of chronic homelessness in the City of Grande Prairie. This property was purchased in November 2020 and is being completely renovated into permanent supportive housing creating 42 units and supportive services. The total project cost is an estimated $7.8 million with occupancy proposed early in 2022. This building project was made possible through a joint commitment with the City of Grande Prairie who have given unprecedented support to the project.
